Custom Flat Jack Pan
The FlatJack Carbon Steel Pan (Custom)
11 inch diameter across the top and about 1 inch deep, this pan is spun from 13 gauge carbon steel which is slightly thicker than our 8,10,12 inch pans
Each pan will already be pre-seasoned with our organic seasoning method.
Our handles are forged stainless steel. Stainless steel has a much lower heat conductivity compared to the carbon steel base, which means the heat from the pan won’t travel up the handle the way it does on a cast iron pan.
This pan is extremely versatile and is able to be used over the stovetop, oven, grill or even over the fire!
If taken care of properly, this pan will last for generations!
