This Pan was built as a custom project and the base is our farmhouse carbon steel making it a little heavier than our standard 12 inch base. The main handle is forged from 304 stainless steel with a bottle opener forged into the end. The helper handle from 3/8 rebar with forged hands for the attachment points, the pan has already been seasoned once as well as the handles, the care for this pan will be very similar to my other carbon steel pans with a light coat of oil needing to be reapplied after cleaning. This project turned out awesome and is a truly unique piece that will serve you with a life time of use if properly cared for! Grab it while you can!
