Meet the newest addition to our line of hand made carbon steel pans! The 14 inch flat bottom wok. 14 inch diameter across the top with a 5 inch flat bottom and 3 3/4 inches deep!
The Carbon Steel Wok features our new style forged stainless steel handle, attached with two solid brass rivets. This design offers a much lower heat transference from the pan base to the handle, keeping it comfortable to hold. Due to its increased size, we’ve also added a stainless steel helper handle to make this pan easier to lift and maneuver.
Sticking to our goal of total versatility, the carbon steel wok is ideal for use on the stovetop, in the oven, or over a grill or campfire. The Wok comes pre seasoned!
This pan uses the same methods of care and upkeep as all of our other carbon steel pans making it the perfect addition to any kitchen!
