These racks come in two piece, each made from 304 stainless steel. The top cooking rack has a 12 inch diameter and the bottom rack that holds it is designed to fit in our 12 inch carbon steel pan. You can use this rack to cook directly in your oven! Putting your meats on top and veggies underneath! It is also designed to cook directly in your pan with the use of Charcoal! The top rack attaches to the bottom using 4 square tabs that are bent to fit tight and hold it secure!
